Do Cold Temperatures Improve Sleep?
I guess my husband is going to win the battle over our night time temperature settings. Also, while I love my window candles, step lighting and Christmas night lights.....I think we are going to need to turn things off at night! :<( Do Cold Temperatures Improve Sleep?
